New Business Filing Deadlines

New Business Filing Dates:LLC, Partnerships and 1120S returns are due on March 15 (earlier)Corporations are due April 15 (Later) {Holiday adjustment to April 18th for 2017)Personal returns are unchanged.These changes also impact the deadline for filing 1099s and W2s. These returns are now due electronically on Jan 31st of each year not only to the recipient but also to the IRS.
